The Dream Builders Project hosted its 3rd annual A Brighter Future for Children Charity Gala on March 3, 2016 at The Taglyan Complex in Los Angeles, California. The event raised over $20,000 to be directly donated to The Audrey Hepburn CARES Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. The CARES Center provides comprehensive medical and psychological care for children that have been affected by physical and sexual abuse and neglect.
The sold out black tie charity gala featured an extended step-and-repeat red carpet, live art and entertainment, a celebrity poker tournament, live and silent auctions, an open bar, catered dinner and much more.
Among the special live performances were Grammy Award-winning pianist Omar Akram, multiple dance performances by She Is, and a musical performance by actress and singer, Britt Flatmo.
Celebrity attendees included actress Ariel Winter (Modern Family), actress Kelli Berglund (Disney Channel’s Lab Rats), actor Jared Harris (Mad Men), actor/producer Tony Dension (Major Crimes), fashion designer Sue Wong, international model Shaun Ross, actress/producer Sarah Scott (The Artist), actor Ken Davidian (Borat) and many more.
The Dream Builders Project is not restricted to any particular cause or event and conducts its charitable efforts globally. Since its establishment in 2013, The Dream Builders Project has offered its assistance in numerous countries outside of the United States including Mexico, Philippines, Cuba and more!

The Dream Builders Project is a strong advocate of human rights – believing that it is every person’s basic right to have freedom, shelter, food to eat, and medical assistance as needed.
In 2015, The Dream Builders Project began its first International Anti-Human Trafficking Campaign to raise awareness about modern day slavery and the traumatic, lifelong effect it has on its survivors.
The Dream Builders Project has partnered with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Human Trafficking Unit to better educate the public on human trafficking with an emphasis on prevention.
